J. Andrew Cole is a junior Public Relations major and International politics minor at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. After spending his whole life in a small town in West Tennessee, Cole decided he wanted to move to the state capital to better his political knowledge. Since moving to Nashville, Cole has interned at several top political establishments such as the Tennessee Republican Party and is currently interning on a State Senate campaign in Davidson County. After graduation, Cole would like to work on political campaigns specifically in the media relations, fundraising or consulting aspects.
Currently, Cole is the incoming president of Belmont’s Public Relations Student Society of America and the secretary of the Zeta Alpha chapter of the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity. He is also a member of the leadership program in Belmont’s Honors Program. Cole is using all of this leadership experience to prepare for the future.
